That is great news.

The second BioNTech shot was a doozey for me last Tuesday/Wed. Had flu like symptoms that started at about the 12 hour mark and lasted the entire next day. Generally felt like crap and could not get warm no matter how many jackets or blankets. A majority of my colleagues had little to no issues with it...

Feeling fine now though.

Ray, I did not really pay attention to our Medical folks that were administering the shots. From my amateur viewpoint it looked as if they are giving everyone an equivalent dose.

Don't know about vaccine titer vs body weight. However as a rule of thumb for a 150 lb person one ounce of 100 proof alcohol or a 12 oz bottle of 4.2 beer will raise your blood alcohol by .025% Nothing to do with the virus but if you drink enough you worry less about the virus. BTW, regardless of body weight you tend to burn off the alcohol in your blood at a rate of .015%/hr. Happy imbibing.

My IVIG doseage is weight dependent but it is many times the dosage of a vaccine.

I suspect it's simpler to have pre-measured dosages lined up so that they can be administered quickly.

I wonder if those who experience bad symptoms from the vaccine were more likely to have had serious issues if they had caught the virus in the first place.

I hope you get the second shot in the other arm so that you will get the full stereo effect and your body will image properly.

My mind turned to whether the first milli-litre of the fluid entering your body was the most important but then wondered if the full dose is dependent on your weight. Anybody know?

Of course using both arms sets you up with crossover distortion of the side effects. Single-ended rocks! :text-givemebeer:

You generally want some mild symptoms, this indicates that your immune system is being mobilized.
