After trying out the RPi3B+ running Raspbian Stretch, had problems running Room EQ Wizard for room measurements. I bought a RPi4B to test and loaded Raspbian Buster OS. Now REW runs correctly up to 24bit/192KHz for measurements. Appears to have been an OS problem as when I reloaded the RPi3B+ with Buster OS it also works.

Been using the RTA function with the noise generator for room measurements with very good results.

About ready to integrate the 7" RPi display to make the entire system small and put it with the system for use so I can be close to the controls on the servo sub amps to make adjustments in realtime.

Have one of the Dayton Audio USB mics to test with it and see if it works. If not, will go back to using the DSP processor instead as I do on the PC.

Truly one of the things I do not see discussed much, but makes a huge difference for the better for sound quality.

YMMV

Have REW running on the RPI4B.

Hooked up the Dayton Audio UMM-6 calibrated omni USB mic and REW is working with it. Downloaded the calibration file from Dayton Audio's website and loaded it in REW.

You cannot do a loopback calibration since the RPi4B only has a DAC not an ADC as well.

Should now be able to make accurate SPL measurements with the system.

What about using something like this on a USB port? https://www.amazon.com/M-Audio-M-Track- ... 01FFH5XMC/

If it is USB2Audio compliant should work fine with the RPi4B. I tested the 24bit/192KHz rate with my USB2Audio DAC and it now works with Buster.

If you want to record and playback, Reaper will run on the RPi4B as well.

Cable to connect the RPi4B DAC to the system for measurements. TRRS to RCA cable.
