Built by Bruce Edgar in 1994, these tractrix horn speakers sound great. No charge, just pick them up. These have MDF cabinets with black primer paint.
The drivers are in excellent condition. The midrange drivers are alnico JBL LE5-2's mated to 500hz horns. The bass drivers are Electrovoice 15" (EVM 15L OEM Type probably made in 1994) mated to 100hz horns. The tweeter is piezo, they have good dispersion, extension and they sonically blend well with the other drivers. The crossovers are well designed with decent parts, e.g.-- SiderealKaps, metal oxide resistors.

I'm moving and don't want to move these.

These are fun speakers - my brother-in-law had a set of these at one time and I thought they sounded fantastic. But his wife made him get rid of them - it takes a special significant other to appreciate big horns.

Have fun with these.
