Hi everybody,

I'm Ray and have been involved with the Bottleneck group that occasionally meets in Sterling VA. Since Roscoe turns up to our events, I better turn up to his.

Hi, Ray!

Welcome - Maybe I'll see you at Roscoe's house!

Yes, but re-housed.

I've just done a similar topology 6E5P - 6C33C SE parafeed amp with a resistor plate load instead of the light bulbs. We inherited a cat a few years back and so I have been somewhat reluctant to play my tube amps so that the cat won't get electrocuted. Particularly amps like the 829B with the electrodes sticking out the top of the tube.

You can see my cat vomit proof amp about half way down the page at

I'm listening to it right now and it's pretty decent. We might do a Bottleneck meet in late February at Steve's place in Sterling and I will bring it along.
