Woodworking for speakers

Hi,
I am looking for a woodworking shop to make speakers ( horns). Any recommendations or places you know which are reasonable?

If you live anywhere near White Flint (the Woodworkers Club is near there) you might consider joining the Club and using their facilities to make the horns yourself or may be get another member to do it.

Here is a project I am working on at home now. I'm making a pair of speakers similar to the Mach 17 speakers of a number of years ago. The top section will be in the shape of an egg. The bottom containing the woofers will be a truncated pyramid of different size panels for the sides and front and back. Here is a photo of the raw egg before the edges are turned on a lathe. It is made of sections of 3/4" MDF.

I heard about them before. How does it work? I may not have much to contribute as I don't have any woodworking knowledge.

I would contact the club (telephone number on link) and ask the people running it if they knew of any members who might be interested in building your horns (for a price) or if you are close enough join the club and learn how to do it yourself since they have instructors to teach you and a complete woodworking shop.

This is too big for a 3D printing work , but may be the horn guide may be printed out. Thanks for that great suggestion.

Maybe Paul Elliott would be interested. He is skilled with wood and has the tools to pull it off.

Great! I don't have the full design yet. The designer is in Germany. I have the calculations for horn to convert It to a real design may need some work.
