Samsung is buying Harmon

It has just announced that Harmon with all it's divisions is being purchased by Samsung in a cash deal for a 28% premium over their current stock price. Should be interesting to see what happens to all the brands like JBL, Crown, AKG, DBX, and Lexicon.
