Agreeing with Grover. I've also had leakage issues with some, eight others have never leaked. Just grab a little epoxy and seal the ends. Problem solved and great sounding caps.

Grover had another cap recommendation that has worked well for me: Cornell Dubilier Knowles 942C series. Look for the highest voltage available.

The catch is, they don't sell a 0.33uF. Depending on the circuit, you may be just fine with a 0.22 (LF Rolloff?)or 0.47 (stability?) Or, you could parallel a 0.1uF & 0.22uF.

Well, if you're going to try the Cornell-Dubiliers you can go up to 1uF. The only reason I recommended the smaller Miflex is because the 1uF's are just so enormous. They won't fit on the board but you could off-board them to a terminal strip. But they're also pretty expensive.

As I am running audio thru HQPlayer upsampling, intend to try out room correction with HQPlayer’s convolution engine.

Just installed Linlai WB2A3s, I got from China-hifi-audio. They are driving the mid horns from 700Hz to 2400Hz. They do bring life-like quality to vocals.

Since I got the Tubes4HiFi VTA SP14 preamp about three months ago, I’ve been having a blast with audio again—it’s been a welcome distraction from life.

I've made numerous changes and improvements to the system recently, with a couple of key lessons learned along the way:

Holo Spring 3 R2R DAC performs significantly better with a PCM signal at 1.4112 MHz compared to 705.6 kHz.

As of now, I actually prefer PCM 1.4112 MHz over DSD1024. I’m finding DSD to be a bit "polite" by comparison—though obviously, I need more long-term listening sessions to really nail down the subtle nuances.

HQPlayer elevates the entire system. Using it for upsampling has proven to be perhaps the best bang-for-the-buck upgrade. Going back to standalone Roon (no oversampling) sounds "crude" in comparison.

My prior experiences with DSP were disappointing, but I recently tried HQPlayer's convolution engine for room correction, and I am completely sold. I couldn't detect a trace of signal degradation—instead, I notice better texture, details, and soundstage. It's a fantastic tool; definitely worth trying out even if you're running traditional box speakers.
