The new XMOS x300 series USB interface in the E70V is really good. Way lower time jitter than any other interface. I am using it instead of S/PDIF or Bluetooth.

If it is USB power noise, try a powered USB cable that uses a quiet 5VDC power supply. I made one with a stock USB cable and an external regulated 5V linear supply. Since the E70V is not using USB power, it only needs it to signal the computer it is attached.
