Apparently this guy was desperate to publish something/anything. Is he on tenure track? He doesn't have his PhD yet.

Interesting. The listing says Dr. Kunchur yet there is no "word salad" (PhD or MD or JD) after his name. That's kind of strange.

I would think that when publishing a paper one would want his credentials known.

I have a schoolmate (high school and college) who has done well. He is now a chief scientist at Raytheon and went to graduate school at Harvard. However, from his website you would never know that he went to the NCE (Newark College of Engineering now NJIT, New Jersey Institute of Technology) as an undergraduate. You would think he was ashamed or something!
