My 50 year old audio signal generator started to become erratic. I went looking for a new one that would do more than sine and square waves and found one on Amazon that is not only a multifunction signal generator but also a counter. It has extremely broad bandwidth and an unusually high maximum output voltage capability. It can do programmed sweeps, burst functions, and many more. Setup parameters can also be stored for later call back. The most amazing thing is it is only $125. It is also very small and lightweight.
