Tin snips can provide a nice clean cut. Tin snips cutting plastic is like a knife cutting butter. If you don't have a pair get the type with long skinny blades.

I forgot I had an old tool box with random crap tools (rusted, broken, etc.). I had a pair of broken-ish snips, but I was able to cut it without it looking too bad. It has a curvy line to it. I do need to buy a new set though.
