I know there is something missing, not star quality yet. Let’s see where this lady is in a few years.
Her dad is a pro musician
Here is the home recording studio

I am a bit envious. There is so many out there that can create incredible music and all I can do is just listen. We make such a great deal about our systems. We are just participants. Lumps on a log while there are people out there creating real truths.

I know there is an art and craft in creating a fine piece of kit, but how important is it in the scheme of things.
We really just create a synthetic world in our listening rooms only observing someone else’s creation.
Kind of makes what we do seem very small and insignificant.

Think of it in terms of food. The farmer grows the best crops and raises the finest animals possible and the chef turns it into a delicious, satisfying meal. Yes, the best chefs can do with very simple tools to make a good meal but it turns out much better if he or she has the right tools. During the last three months of living in various temporary housing I can tell you that our meals have been much more basic and less satisfying. Hopefully we will be moving in tomorrow and we should then have all the right kitchen equipment and tools at hand to make those special meals again.
