Just finished upgrading all my USB 2 devices to USB 3. Card readers and external HD's for backup, and etc.
What a difference in speed.
I put off upgrading using the mantra "I'm retired, I have all the time in the world"
Well as you get older (I'm as old as dirt) time becomes more valuable.

Wait until you get a camera with an xqd card, now that’s fast...

Cool, that's what I have that uses XQD. Can't imagine how fast it'd be with CFE, but they're too pricey to play with at this point...

I've only got the kit lens in Z mount, plus the FTZ for my older lenses.... Too bad my 14/2.8D won't auto-focus, but it's pretty hard to get stuff out of focus with that lens anyway ;)

Great shots. I've just recently started playing with focus stacking to get more depth of field in macro shots. Only one image so far, but I'm pretty happy with the results for a first attempt. This is 25 images with paper thin DOF stacked together....
