What is the preferred method of connection
Spades, banana, twist wire and wrap around terminal
Solder directlt to voice coil?

Oops I forgot
speakon connector. I am trying to find a drawing of the actual connection. How’s much area compared to spad or banana

Here is the data sheet on a 4 pole Speakon cable connector. Check out the current rating. They also have it in a version with screw clamping mechanism instead of solder terminals.

Have been using the 4 pole Speakon connectors for the servo subs and they work very well.

Just make sure you get a good click on twist to lock the connectors when inserting them.

Gold over brass 2mohm contact resistance this seems good but it’s only good for 5000 matings that means it will only last a couple months with a geek

It's silver over brass. AG is silver, AU is gold.

I use the silver plated. I have had zero issues. If your binding posts accommodate the diameter of the eight wires twisted together you don't need a termination. Fewer joints are better. Just keep in mind that copper is relatively soft so you should check the tightness of the binding post from time to time. Gently, of course.

That is why you should never tin wires before clamping them down. Solder is softer than the copper and more creep will happen.
