Yes, thank you Steve.

Remembering the Joseph audio room as my favorite, being disappointed at the United Home room.

In the cottage there were some amazing tweeters, the Founteks, in part of a system I don't remember. I've bought three sets so far. Different models. Been VERY happy with them and the pricing.

Walking around there with Dave Pogue, listening to a variety of systems, and realizing that most, if not all of our club member's systems sounded better than what we were hearing. That was the beginning of the idea of having a CAF room at future shows. Thanks to very hard work and generosity by Dave Pogue, David McGown, Paul and many others, it became a reality.

I remember I really liked the Pulsars. I thought that was the best sounding room.

I have never ever heard anything bad about Joseph Audio rooms. They seem to garner near universal praise. Yet every time I have heard their rooms I have been distinctly underwhelmed. Same with a completely different company, Zu Audio for example. Lots of people seem to really like Zu speakers but at every show I have heard them at, they sound dreadful.

I like the Joseph Audio speakers as well. And, the Salks as well.

The Mansion had more of a "home" atmosphere.

One of the new Salks uses the same SB Acoustics beryllium tweeter I use in the eggs. It is the best tweeter I have ever used.
