If you are interested in organs, there is an interesting one in Hereford Cathedral in England. Some of the mechanisms that operate the longer pipes are on display and if an organist is playing, you can see them working. The cathedral's organ is next to the choir stalls.

Nearby in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania is the Longwood Gardens concert organ -- 10,000 pipes ranging from little guys like 2-foot Piccolos to the massive 64-foot Gravissimas

The console sits at the front of the ballroom with the organ itself along the entire length of the room behind grilles. Plus they give "behind the curtain" tours.

The sound of this monster is sweet yet powerful -- NICE!! Plus food -- that ranges from buffet type offerings to a fine-dining restaurant.

You are probably better off with one speaker instead of two side by side. Having two sets of drivers reproducing the same frequencies side by side could result in some comb filtering frequency anomalies.

There are only two true 64' organs in the world in Atlantic City and Sydney Town Hall. Longwood is 32'.

My wife's best friend is the grand-daughter of George Audsley who designed the Wanamaker Organ in Philadelphia. Oddly enough, he made little folded stars to hang from a Christmas tree and we were given a couple of them. If we buy a tree at Xmas, we hang them and whenever I go to Philly to hear the orchestra, I try to see and hopefully hear the organ.
