Mac users, what SW is best to extract CD to put on an external drive for use in a car? Up rez if possible. I am sure this has come up before.
I have a Sound Devices 702T and it can record 24/192 but it does not import data such as CD title and such.

Jriver will do the extraction & tagging, but I don't know if it'll upsample, but your car doesn't have good enough sound for that to matter anyway...

Ditto dBPoweramp. Max is pretty good--I use it when a CD doesn't appear in the free databases. There's an old Doug script that grabs the track info from iTunes. But I think dBPoweramp is a more powerful ripper.

I like JRiver but it costs to get
foobar is free works well but is but fiddlely

I use JRiver. I can upsample or convert to DSD on output but not sure that is possible as you burn a CD.
