Took lots of photos as I took the Quad57 apart. Even though the wiring is pretty simple the photos mad reassembly easier

Looking at your photos it was obvious to me that someone had done some work prior to your getting the speakers. The high-voltage caps on the audio transformers are not what Peter Walker used.

It was also obvious to me that work was done. The reason I had to replace the high voltage wires on the bass panels is because they only holding on with one strand or two and they were too short to reuse. Also the way the dust covers were ripped up one could tell that no care was taken to protect them while working on the speakers.
Also a lot of screws were missing and the ones that were there were wrong

If you need some high voltage wire I have test probe wire in both red and black.

I got my high voltage wire off of ebay, But I may need more
I have three more pairs of 57's to rebuild for Gary.
