One other thing -- the general recommendation for water temperature is about 104-degrees F. (40-degress C.) -- or "luke warm."
The reason is that it gives the alcohol a better shot at emulsifying greasy finger prints. 68 is a tad cold.

37.7 C is close to 100 F.
