Roscoe's online book suggestion is I'm sure a good one, there are so many online resources for electronics. There are the Maker books as well, they start out really easy and then work their way forward. I recommended the course as it kind of forces you to work on the material and a lot of it is hands-on, which seems to help to retain the material as you are working with electronic devices. There is also the old Heathkit electronic training manuals and associated kits, you should be able to find some of those on ebay. Hope that helps!

All you need is a little tuna, they'll find you ;)
