Rebuilding my system and a MILLION THANKS to Jim G. for the maple turntable shelf! It was machined perfectly and looks fantastic! Hopefully this weekend I will get to hear the results! Jim you are the man!

Stuart

PS sorry if the pictures are rotated. My phone keeps changing them and I can't tell for certain.

Thank you Chris1973. Roscoe nailed it $$$.

The other shelves are MDF. I know, sonically, MDF sucks. As time goes by and money permits, I hope to replace more shelves.

Thing is crazy heavy right now.

That's cool!

Maybe you can swap out some of your gear on and off of the maple shelf to see if it really makes a difference before you spend the bucks.

Cheers!

Depending on how large that rack actually is, you might be able to get 2-3 out of this: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0000D ... UTF8&psc=1

That's what I used for my wall-mount shelf...

Cool Roscoe. Thanks. My rack is 25" ×49" , so only one shelf per.
