All 12 servo sub modules are complete.

Will bolt the tops, modules and bottoms together in their room locations.

Then build the wiring harnesses from the drivers to the servo amps.

The AGN Line Array baffles are now at the cabinet shop for modification for the new planars.

Now the wait until they return.

How many wavelengths long (height) is each array at its maximum radiating frequency? Crossover frequency for woofer array and say 10-15 kHz for upper panels or is the radiating dimensions of panels getting smaller as frequency increases?

The crossover frequency to the servo subs is 200Hz. The array is 4.895ft long, or for one wavelength is 231Hz. The front baffle is longer, so will get some frequency extension from that dimension.

At 20KHz the array is 86.6 wavelengths long.

The drivers will act as an array up to about 1.6KHz, then they will decouple and be more like individual drivers. The original prototype with the first planars worked well at one wavelength or more away from the aperture.

The new planars have wider horizontal dispersion, so will not be as narrow a listening position.

The new Monolith 6x12 servo sub towers are complete and wired to the 4-HX300-12OB servo amps.

Checked and the first 2 servo amps are up and running. Need to wire up the second pair.

So far, so good.

The line array baffles rework has started.

The first baffle is recut for the new planars and the second is in work.

After that some cleanup of the new longer slot and roundovers before returning for install of drivers and testing.

Does your Home Owner's insurance cover structural damage from internal seismic vibration? :wtf:

LOL!

The poured concrete slab underneath is 6in thick. The 9in block walls all around the room should be fine. :)
